Document Checklist (please call to verify):
Proof of ownership (Deed, Land Contract or Court Order with current photo ID of all people listed)
Proof of Residence (for all adults and children with identification with name and address)
Tax Documents (for all adults in home who file or don't file income tax returns)
Proof of Occupancy (water bill, DTE bill front and back)
Proof of Income (for everyone living in home)
Proof of debts
Marital Documents (including divore judgement or separation agreement if on deed and not living in home)
