- Employer Information for last 2 years

- address and phone number
- Letter explaining derogatory and/or negative credit
- Explanation of any employment gaps
- Last 2 months bank statements and copy of savings
- Credit Report - if already obtained
- Bankruptcy Discharge paperwork and written explanation
- Pension and Retirement Verification and amounts
- Social Security Verification and amounts
- any other information relevant to your finances that you feel is relevant (better to disclose than to not to)
