A: When using the MSHDA program, you can purchase a home with as little as 1% down.
Q: Is the MSHDA down payment assistance only for first time buyers?
A: The program varies from county to county, and in some cases from city to city. In some cities in Wayne county you do have to be a first time buyer. Contact me for a list of participating cities.

A: A first time buyer is a buyer who has not owned a home in the past 36 months.
Q: Is the MSHDA program only for low income households?
A: NO. The MSHDA program has increased income limits.
